We're sure you'll love your Tish Lyon jewellery, but if you need to return your items, please read the following details.

Tish Lyon customers may change their mind and return unwanted items within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that have been worn or otherwise removed from their sealed inner packaging. Worn or unsealed jewellery will be returned to you.

Your Tish Lyon item is covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers faults with the product only, and does not cover damage caused by customer misuse.

To return an item, simply follow the instructions below:

Log into your Tish Lyon account

Click the account icon, and locate the order to be returned

Press the ‘Return Items’ button

Complete the returns request form, with the reason for your return

Carefully package your item and return it to the address below

One of our expert team will review and resolve your request
