We're sure you'll love your Tish Lyon jewellery, but if you need to return your items, please read the following details.
Tish Lyon customers may change their mind and return unwanted items within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that have been worn or otherwise removed from their sealed inner packaging. Worn or unsealed jewellery will be returned to you.
Your Tish Lyon item is covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers faults with the product only, and does not cover damage caused by customer misuse.

To return an item, simply follow the instructions below:

Purchased Tish Lyon from a stockist?
If you didn't purchase your jewellery directly from the Tish Lyon website, please get in touch with the business you sourced it from to discuss their returns policy. If you encounter issues with your jewellery, the stockist will need to get in touch with us on your behalf to arrange for a replacement.
