Please note that we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination on goods weighing more than 2Kg, (under 2Kg goes Royal Mail Special Delivery).
We make no profit on shipping, our aim is to get the goods to you as fast and safely as possible. All goods require a signature and can be tracked.
Orders placed Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be shipped the next working day.
Duty Payments
Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the product is responsible for these fees, including import duty and customs duty which are generally requested by the carrier. By placing an order you are agreeing to this as a main term and condition.
Licences
Certain countries require recipients of our goods to hold relevant licensing. This is the responsibility of the consignee to ensure they have all necessary paperwork to receive their shipment. Should the consignee not be able to provide the required paperwork to local authorities to release the order no refund will be processed.
