• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and with all hygiene seals intact.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, items removed from heat-sealed packaging are non-returnable.
• Personalised items are also non-returnable.

• All returns must be initiated through our returns portal.
• Items should be securely packaged in a padded envelope.
• Returns must be sent via a tracked postal service.
• Please include the original packing slip within your return parcel.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
• A proof of purchase is required.

• You may use any courier, provided a tracked service is used.
• Customs duties and taxes on returns are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method if the return criteria are met.
• Please allow 5 – 7 working days from receipt of your return for processing.
• We do not offer exchanges or replacements for international orders, except in cases of faulty items.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

To avoid unnecessary import charges, please ensure the parcel is clearly labelled:

• Mark the package as “Return of Goods”.
• Complete customs declarations accurately:
  - Item description: “Returned Goods”.
  - State the original value with a note: “Value for customs purposes only – returned item”.
  - Reason for Export: “Return”.
• Attach a visible note stating:
  “Item being returned to seller/manufacturer. No commercial value – not for resale. Use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).”

• If your item is faulty or damaged, please initiate a return through the returns portal.
• Provide photographic evidence of the fault and email this to: support@tishlyon.com.
• If the item is confirmed faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

• We accept returns from all countries.
• There are no variations in policy based on regional regulations.
