Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed by 15:00 (3:00 PM) Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next working day. Orders are not processed or dispatched on public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • UK Standard Shipping – Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2-3 working days) - FREE
  • UK Express Shipping – Royal Mail 24 Tracked (1-2 working days) - £3.00
  • International Shipping – Royal Mail International, UPS, and other selected couriers (delivery times vary by destination)

Alternative couriers may be used where necessary.

Shipping Costs

  • UK Mainland – Free standard shipping on all orders.
  • International – £15.00 flat rate for standard international shipping.

We primarily use Royal Mail for UK orders and UPS for international shipments. Other couriers, including DPD, may be used when required.

Tracking & Notifications

  • All orders include tracking (exceptions may apply in rare cases).
  • Tracking details will be provided via email upon dispatch.
  • Where a mobile number is supplied, the courier may send SMS notifications.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If an order is delayed, customers should check tracking details and contact the courier directly.
  • If further assistance is required, please contact support@tishlyon.com.
  • Orders confirmed as lost or damaged by the courier will be replaced or refunded.
  • For damaged items, customers must provide photographic or video evidence before a resolution is processed.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
  • Customs clearance times vary, and delays are outside of our control. Refunds or replacements will not be issued due to customs delays unless the package is officially declared lost or destroyed.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days for lost, incorrect, or damaged items. Any requests beyond this period will be assessed at our discretion.
